The lump sum for subsidiary costs includes all costs such as heating,
electricity, water, waste removal, house cleaning, etc.
Students of the University of Applied Sciences can use their internet access free of charge by radio waves via the university.
You can use the clubrooms at any time. Room prices:

In addition, there is a lump sum for auxiliary costs of either € 65 or € 70, depending on the size of the room.
A parking space in the courtyard costs € 15 including all auxiliary costs.
Deposit
When you sign a rental agreement, you must pay a deposit of € 300.
Upon leaving the rental arrangement, you will get the deposit returned, without interest.
House and contents insurance
Neither the owner nor the administration can accept liability for any damages caused to residents’ property, even if this has been caused through damage to the house.
If you are no longer protected by your parents’ insurance policy, we recommend that you take out a house and contents insurance policy of your own.
