The rule here is there is no strict period. Extensions are possible case by case.
House rules
There has to be a reasonable set of house rules – these are issued with the rental agreement and need to be signed.
Smoking
This is naturally a “hot” subject. As a compromise, we suggest the following: you can smoke in your own room. However, in consideration of our non-smoking residents, the clubroom, all corridors and hallways and the stairwells are smoke-free zones. >
Radio/television charges
You are obligated by German law to register your radio and television equipment at the GEZ (Gebühreneinzugszentrale). The necessary form can be picked up at banks and building societies or in our foyer/office.
Telephone
There is the opportunity to have your own telephone line connected in every apartment. You can register with a telecommunications provider of your choice.
Furnishings
The apartments are furnished. You hereby accept the furnishings provided and may not store them at another location.
Parking spaces
There are ample covered bicycle stands available. In the surrounding side streets, you will find enough parking for your car. If you’d prefer the sheltered courtyard, you can rent a parking space.
